| besides being lvl 20 there arent any qualifications.
I happen to be the recruiter of our second guild in the alliance but I kinda quit the game so I don't know who our ingame leader made the next recruiter.
You can message Gatsu ingame to ask, altough I think it will be hard to contact him since everyone including him is using the botting esper all day :S | |
